It doesn't seem that much, but this is something of a tribute to Monty Oum, creator of RWBY and lead animator/choreographer of Rooster Teeth.
On the 1st of February 2015, Monty passed away at the age of 33 due to severe allergic reaction during a medical procedure.

I'm not gonna lie, I only first knew about him from Dead Fantasy and RWBY, the latter especially ever since I started watching the web series sometime in 2013.
Like many people aspiring to be creative artists of many tools of trade, Monty Oum is an inspiration to many with his charisma and philosphies.
Among one in a million, we can see how Monty does things solely for the love of art and nothing else.
Hours and hours of brainstorming and animating, motion-capturing and much more.
One day a friend introduced me to RWBY by Monty Oum, I decided to give it a go despite my earlier skeptism.
I watched it and I had no regrets, and things get even better with Volume 2.
I had something to look forward to, and I decided to continue with my passion for drawing rather than kicking the bad habit.
Monty Oum is The Embodiment of Resilience and Passion.
Working for hours and hours producing the show we all came to love and he ultimately gained satisfaction from it.
Him and the fans had a special connection and that is the driving force behind his works of art.
Despite his departure, he left a path for many to brighten the world with our imagination. After all, that's why we're here.
Our world isn't just concrete, it needed our colors to make it a better place and Monty has entrusted us to do so.
So pick up your pencils, coloring tools/software or anything you can use to produce anything creative to honor him.

This artwork is just a depiction of Ruby Rose, the main protagonist of RWBY all bruised and battered and her signature Crescent Rose damaged from prolonged combat under the rain.
While many decided to draw the characters of RWBY mourning over Monty, I chose to depict Ruby post-battle and getting ready for the next horde of enemies.
Ruby in this picture represents Monty's iron-clad resolve and unwavering fighting spirit.
She lost her mother, Summer Rose and now Monty, but Ruby would continue to fight for her life against all odds.
We never see Ruby grieve let alone cry, so she finds comfort in combat.
Rest In Peace, Monty Oum.
