Actually a heavy refinement of the Starlight Keyblade commonly used in Kingdom Hearts Unchained/Union X.
This was supposed to be something of an ace custom for Ephemera since he got kicked upstairs into becoming a Union Leader for the surviving Dandelions.
Heck, those gold patterns you see on the blade was from his scarf.
